Maroons FC have officially announced goalkeeper Hannington Ssebwalunyo.
Ssebwalunyo joins the as a free agent following the expiration of his employment contract with the Tax Collectors
The former BUL goalkeeper expects to achieve a lot this time round with the Luzira based entity,
“Coming back to Maroons is something very special for me and my family, Luzira is a place I call home we shall achieve a lot here collectively.” As reported by the club website
He rejoins a side he left in 2020 and comes in as a perfect replacement for Simon Tamale who left for Rwanda’s Rayan Sports
The Ffumbe clan captain has in the past played for BUL, Ndejje University in the FUFA Big League and Bulemeezi in the prestigious Masaza Cup tournament
The Prison Warders also lost Brian Nkuubi, Samson Andrew Kigozi, Noel Nassasira and Brian Kayanja
The goalkeeper is expected to make his debut on Thursday 10th August as Maroons FC will be playing SC Villa in the FUFA Super 8 Cup at Muteesa II Stadium Wankulukuku.
