The Uganda U-19 Cricket National team (Baby Cricket Cranes) will take part in the ICC U-19 Boys Cricket World Cup Africa Qualifiers.
The team that will be captained by Gerald Olipa was officially flagged off on Tuesday at Lugogo Cricket Oval.
Uganda will face off with Sierra Leone, Kenya, Namibia, Tanzania and host nation Nigeria. The tournament is scheduled for March 28th -April 6th at the University of Lagos Cricket Oval and the TBS Cricket Oval.
The named squad to Nigeria includes Christopher Kidega, Conrad Lubwama, Jonathan Nyiiro, Ali Balidawa and Musa Majid Ramathan.
