Kitara FC have agreed terms with URA FC goalkeeper Rodgers Omedwa, Swift Sports Uganda understands.
Omedwa will join the Royals as a free agent following expiration of his two year deal at the revenue collectors.
He is to join the George William Lutalo coached side on a two year employment this transfer window.
The lanky shot stopper spent the two seasons at URA FC having joined the four time Uganda Premier league champions in 2023 from Arua Hill SC.
The geography teacher has also previously featured for Busoga United.
Kitara FC want to boost their goalkeeping department following the departures of Chrispus Kusiima who crossed to URA FC and BUL FC bound Farouk Yawe.
Earlier this week, coaches George William Lutalo and Wasswa Bbosa extended their employment contracts with Kitara FC to two years.
