UPL newbies Buhimba Saints United have signed striker Conrad Ssenjogera from Express FC.

Ssenjogera has put pen paper on a two year contract with the newly promoted side.

“My target is simple: score goals and win with the team,” Ssenjogera said on his unveiling.

The budding striker scored five goals in the eight Uganda Premier League games he played for Express FC last season.

He primarily operated as the club’s second option striker behind Sam Ssenyonjo who eventually emerged as the club’s top scorer with 12 goals.

Ssenjogera becomes the 7th player to be unveiled by Buhimba Saints United in the ongoing transfer window.

Others are goalkeeper Jamil Kiyimba, defender David Kasaija and Erick Muber from Kitara, Hussien Mwanje, Seif Batte and striker Shafik Kiryowa.

Buhimba Saints United are also expected to unveil Angelo Lonyesi as their new head coach ahead of their debut topflight season.
