Uganda’s CAF Champions League representatives Vipers SC will take on Zambia’s Power Dynamos in the final round of the preliminary round.
The Venoms beat Namibia’s African Stars 2-0 on aggregate to book their place in the second preliminary round.
Power Dynamos progressed to the next round of the CAF Champions League after beating Ivory Coast Champions, ASEC Mimosa 5-4 on penalties on Sunday.

Dynamos won the first leg meeting 1-0 at home and lost to Mimosa by the same margin, thanks to a Souleymane Fofana sole goal that took the contest to penalties.
Midfielder Chifundo Mphasi scored the decisive penalty as the Zambian Champions, Power Dynamos secured a slot to the next round where they will face Vipers SC.
Vipers will host the first leg meeting between October 17th-19th with the return fixture slated for October 24th-26th in Zambia. The aggregate winner between the two sides will progress to the group stage of the 2025/26 season.
Vipers last reached the group stage during the 2022/23 season when they eliminated TP Mazembe.
