Record Uganda Premier League champions SC Villa will be targeting their first win of the 2025/26 league campaign when they visit Police FC under the light of FUFA Kadiba on Friday.

SC Villa has failed to maximize points in their first two games against KCCA FC and new entrants Entebbe UPPC FC respectively.

They lost 2-1 to KCCA FC in their opening game before a 1-1 stalemate against Entebbe UPPC FC.

Police on the other hand are still unbeaten this term with two draws and one win which puts them on five points in 5th position.

The Matia Lule coached side drew 2-2 in their previous game away to NEC FC.

SC Villa under the stewardship of Zeljko Kovacevic are currently second from bottom with one point and will look up to Najib Iga, Frank Ssebuufu and Charles Lwanga for inspiration.

The Cops will bank on Said Kyeyune and two former Jogoos Charles Bbaale and Umar Kasumba.

Last season when the two sides faced off at Muteesa II Stadium in Wankulukuku, they settled for a 1-1 stalemate.
