Record Masaza Cup champions Gomba have confirmed Felix Ssekabuuza as their head coach for the 2026 prestigious Buganda Kingdom organized competition.
This website earlier confirmed that Ssekabuuza was to return at the five time Masaza Cup champions.

The 2025 Masaza Cup winning coach is a born of Gomba and will work with Davis Nnono as his immediate assistant along with Kizito Alex.
Lule Reagan is the goalkeeping coach while Ndugga Lawrence is the trainer, Ssebweye Alex is the performance analyst.
Nyanja Joseph will serve as the statistician at Gomba while Amanya Nicholas is the Kits Manager.
Oscar Mutebire will work as the team doctor with Ddingiro Julius as his assistant.

Ssekabuuza has for the previous two years managed at Buweekula whom he led to their maiden Masaza Cup title last term as well as a third place finish in 2024.
He has previously served at Ssingo as an assistant coach during Shafiq Bisaso’s reign and also worked at Busiro in the Masaza Cup competition.
In 2024, Ssekabuuza guided St Julian to their maiden USSSA National Boys title when they beat Amus College 3-0 in the final held in Masaka.
Ssekabuuza recently helped non-league side Football Classroom to the round of 32 of the 52nd edition of the Stanbic Uganda Cup where they were eliminated by former UPL side Onduparaka FC on penalties in Arua.
Gomba has previously won the prestigious Masaza Cup trophy a record five times in 2004, 2009, 2014, 2017 and last won it in 2020. Last year they failed to advance past the group stage.
