Edrisa Walusimbi stays put as Ssese head coach

2025 quarter finalists Ssese have retained Edrisa Walusimbi as their head coach after confirming their technical team for the upcoming Masaza Cup tournament.
Walusimbi who is also the head coach of Kisozi Seed SS a side he guided to this years USSSA football boys nationals to be played in Lira
He was Ssese’s head coach last season and he guided the side to the quarter finals which they lost 3-1 to Kyaggwe on aggregate
Rogers Lwebuga and Godfrey Kateregga will serve as Walusimbi’s first and second assistants respectively.
Bahati Asuman Luzzi will serve as the goalkeepers coach while Abdu Ssabavuma is the fitness coach.
Buweekula won the previous edition following a 1-0 victory over Ssingo courtesy of Alex Taremwa in a game that was played at Nakivubo.
This year’s Masaza Cup tournament is expected to kick off in June hosted by last year’s winners Buweekula.
