BIKA FOOTBALL: Ffumbe and Ngoonge register big wins Butiko suffer humbling defeat

Ffumbe and Ngonge were among the clans that registered big wins on match day one of the Bika bya Baganda football tournament.
Andrew Samson Kigozi scored twice in Ffumbe’s 3-0 victory over Butiko played at Wakisha
Ffumbe’s third goal was scored by Ssenoga Muhammad Kagawa.
Ngonge defeated Nswaaswa 4-0 in one of the games played Lubiri SS, Martin Kajwiga, Richard Ssonko, Innocent Kisolo and Lawrence Ssembatya scored each for the winners.
Nkima and Omutima Omuyanja played to a one all draw at Wankulukuku.
Edgar Katumba and Charles Bbale scored each for Nkima and Omutima Omuyanja respectively.
Mpindi and Kinyomo played to a goalless draw.
George Kaddu and Brian Nkuubi were on target each for Lugave in their two all draw with Njovu.
Njovu’s goals were scored by Arafat Kembo and Richard Kakembo.
The group stage games will resume on Friday 8th-May.
