Dickson Matama joins Lugazi FC
Lugazi FC have completed the signing of striker Dickson Matama, Swift Sports Uganda can reliably confirm.
Matama will has put pen to paper on a two year employment contract with the Abbey Kikomeko coached side.
The move will also see him reunite with Kikomeko whom he served with during his stint at BUL FC.
Matama’s football journey began at Bugembe Youth Academy, followed by stints at Dream Killer and Bugiri De School.
In 2022, he joined Jinja North, where he played a key role in the club’s promotion to the FUFA Big League, scoring 13 goals over two seasons. He also represented Butembe County in the Busoga Masaza Cup.
Jamaldin Buchochera, Frank Mulimi, Vincent Zziwa, Christopher Birungi, Emmanuel Munobi, Tonny Kyamera are some of the new recruits at Lugazi FC.
