Kigezi Homeboyz unveil Mayanja as third signing

New league entrants Kigezi Homeboyz have announced the signing of young offensive midfielder Osman Mayanja as their third acquisition of the transfer window.
Mayanja has joined Kigezi Homeboyz on a two year contract from Buganda Regional League side Masaka City FC.
He follows the footsteps of his elder brother Abu Mayanja who previously played for KCCA FC before moving to USA for further studies.
Osman, has had flashes of brilliance and stood out as one of the most impressive players in the Masaza Cup while turning out for Mawokota and Bugerere.
He is not only expected to add creativity in the team’s offensive department but also goals as he has been a reliable goal scorer for Bugerere in the Masaza Cup.
Kigezi Homeboyz previously announced the signing of goalkeeper Norman Angufindru from SC Villa and former Express defender Benjamin Gakumba as their first signings.
The club also offered new two year contracts to goalkeeper James Mugabo and defender Robert Olowo.
Under the tutelage of coach Joseph Mutyaba, Kigezi Homeboyz will start their league campaign with an away fixture against Lugazi FC on 29th August.
