BUL face stern NEC test in top of the table clash

BUL FC will face NEC FC at the FUFA Technical Centre, Njeru on Wednesday in arguably the biggest game of Match Day Seven.
Alex Isabirye’s Eastern Giants are currently top of the table with 16 points and have only failed to maximize points in the goalless draw away to Lugazi FC.
NEC, on the other hand, are on 14 points and joint-second with record league winners SC Villa. They have so far dropped points against Mbarara City and Express FC, with both games ending in goalless stalemates.
The league leaders BUL have so far netted 13 goals and will look to the forward line of Simon Achidi, Derrick Byabacwezi, Simon Okello and Swabir Mpasa to deliver.
Badru Kaddu’s men will have their hopes in Richard Basangwa, Marvin Oshaba, Jarieko, Allan Mugalu and Enrique Lubwama. The Bugolobi side is also unbeaten against BUL FC in the previous eight meetings across all competitions, winning three and drawing five.
Elsewhere, Express FC will be aiming for their second win of the season when they visit Lugazi FC in the other game on Wednesday.
