Godfrey Wasswa the Bulemeezi Ssaza assistant head coach has survived being beaten by angry fans at Kosovo grounds.
The fans believe that Wasswa who was in charge of recruiting most of the players for the reigning Masaza Cup champions did not do enough and ended up signing sub standard players that are yet to deliver.
They almost beat up Wasswa during a friendly match against Mutalaga Select.
They stormed the pitch at halftime when Mutalaga Select was leading 1-0 courtesy of Lutakome Juma.
Head coach Paul Nkata rarely attends training sessions leaving most of the work to be handled by Wasswa.
Bulemeezi are yet to register any victories from their two encounters in Bulange Group.
They lost 1-0 in the 2024 Masaza Cup opener to Buluuli at Kasana and suffered a 3-1 defeat to Bugerere in Ntenjeru.
Bulemeezi’s next fixture is against Butambala on Sunday 14th July at Kosovo grounds Kasana.
