Women Super League giants Kampala Queens have been boosted by a 200m sponsorship deal from Jonard Conglomerate Investments Limited.

The deal, which is also the biggest in women football history, was officially confirmed and unveiled at Jevine Hotel in Ndeeba.

The sponsorship will run for a period of two years with Jonard Conglomerate Investments Limited committing 100 million in each year.

Speaking on behalf of Kampala Queens, Patrick Ntege Kaweesa, who is a club’s executive committee member, said the partnership will be the club’s fuel to success.

“ When Engineer (Jonard Asiimwe) comes on board with Jonard, they are giving us a very fine atmosphere to play football and as footballers and coaches, you know the best way you can perform is when money is available,” Ntege said.

Jonard Conglomerate Investments Limited automatically takes over as the Kampala Queens shirt sponsor with immediate effect.
