Manchester United goalkeeper Andre Onana returned to Uganda on Saturday ahead of Cameroon’s 2025 AFCON qualifier contest against Kenya.
Onana’s Cameroon will face off with Kenya in group J at Mandela National Stadium in Namboole on Monday.
On his return to Uganda, Onana received Ten Hag’s message from Man United fans who were waiting for him at Entebbe Airport.
“Onana, I am a Man U supporter but tell that man with a bold head (Ten Hag) to select our team properly.” Said one of the fans in a video courtesy of NBS Sport at Entebbe Airport

Meanwhile, Kenya and Cameroon encounter will be played behind closed doors of Namboole on Monday.
Cameroon powered past the East African nation 4-1 in the first round meeting on Friday and a win for the five time African champions will secure them a place in next year’s continental showpiece in Morocco.
