Wakiso Giants struggles continued with another goalless draw against Lugazi FC at Kabaka Kyabaggu Stadium on Wednesday.
Bengo’s side has now failed to score five fixtures since beating Maroons FC 3-2 at Luzira in September.
Before Wednesday’s barren stalemate, the Purple Sharks were beaten 1-0 away to UPDF FC, lost 2-0 at home to Vipers before a 2-0 defeat at Lugogo to NEC FC and a goalless draw against Express at home.
In total, Wakiso Giants have accumulated close to seven and a half hours without scoring and their form is a huge concern for Bengo ever since their striker Herbert Asiimwe got injured.
The striker had scored three goals in five games before he got injured in the defeat against Vipers.
Meanwhile, Lugazi were searching for their third consecutive victory ever since they part ways with Sadiq Sempigi and replaced him with Steven Bogere.
They had managed wins against Express FC and NEC FC. The stalemate takes both sides on nine points.
