Mbale Heroes FC and Soltilo Bright Stars will lock horns in the bottom of the table clash at Municipal Stadium in Mbale on Thursday.

The two sides are just separated by a single point with Asaph Mbwebaze’s Mbale at the foot of the table with five points in nine matches while Bright Stars are 15th on six points.

Mbale are winless since their victory over SC Villa on Matchday two.

Mwebaze who will be facing his former paymasters Bright Stars is yet to register maximum points since returning to Mbale.

His side has lost three, drawn two in the five games he has been in charge.

Ian Mutenda, the interim coach at Bright Stars is desperate for maximum points but anticipates a tough contest

“We are playing a side that has a coach who knows us inside out but the game will not be about individuals but the team. It’s going to be a tough game but we are going to try and maximize points in Mbale.” Said Mutenda

Bright Stars who lost their previous game to Maroons will move out of the Red zone with victory in Mbale.

Mwebaze searching for his maiden win since returning to Mbale will see his side leapfrog their day’s opponents from 15th position with maximum points.
