Goalkeeper Eric Dhaira set to join UPL Giants

Goalkeeper Eric Dhaira is set to complete his move to Uganda Premier League side Express FC, Swift Sports understands.

Dhaira is set to return to the Uganda Premier League after a brief expedition in the Middle East.

Dhaira is a son to Uganda former Cranes goalkeeper Bright Dhaira, and a younger brother to the late Abel Dhaira.

He is set to follow the footsteps of his brother Abel (RIP) who previously played for Express FC between 2006-08.

Eric previously featured for Soana FC, BUL FC, Maroons FC (on two stints) in the UPL and Katwe United in the Big League.

He is expected to add health competition in the Express goalkeeping department that already has Emmanuel Kalyowa and Steven Kagiri.

The Red Eagles are expected to complete the signing of former SC Villa and KCCA winger Mohammad Ssenoga Kagawa.

Alpha Thierry Ssali and Emmanuel Alex Wasswa are expected to depart for URA FC and NEC FC respectively.
