St.Mary’s Boarding Secondary School Kitende has appointed William Kyeswa as Hassan Zungu’s assistant.
Kyeswa will work as Zungu’s immediate assistant at the 11-time national school’s champions. Zungu replaced Daniel Male who was elevated to Vipers SC technical team.
Kyeswa has previously worked with Gaddafi FC, Buganda Regional League entity Free Stars and Lugazi FC.He was also retained by Kyaggwe in the prestigious Masaza Cup tournament.
This year, Kitende will be targeting both the National and East African boys football titles. Last year they failed to win both with their national journey ending at the Semifinal stage and lost to Amus College in the FEASSSA Final.
Kitende have won the National Boys Football title a record 11-times in 2023, 2022, 2019, 2015, 2013, 2012, 2011, 2008, 2007, 2006 and 2004.
The Lawrence Mulindwa owned School have also won the boys’ football Federation of East Africa Secondary Schools Sports Association (FEASSSA) Game title a record 15 times.
