KCCA FC have confirmed the departure of six players who are Emmanuel Loki, Muhammad Ssenoga Kagawa, Juma Ibrahim, Abubaker Mayanja, Elvis Mwanje and Joseph Ogwang.
Ssenoga, Loki and Juma all agreed to mutually terminate their employment contracts with the 13- time Uganda Premier league champions.
Loki and Ssenoga joined Police FC and Express FC respectively.
Mayanja had his minor’s contract expire in December last year. He decided not to extend it when he turned 18 years at the end of last year.
Meanwhile, the duo of Ogwang and Mwanje went AWOL as per the club. KCCA FC stated that both players have been absent without leave and disciplinary action.
This website has established that both Mwanje and Ogwang went to USA for trials.
KCCA boosted their squad with the acquisition of Umar Lutalo who joined the club on a six-month loan deal from Kitara FC while Teenagers Yian Gatbel and Brain Jjara were handed minors’ contracts.
Abdallah Mubiru’s side will kickoff their second round campaign against second placed NEC FC on Thursday, 13th February 2025.
