Police FC will hope to avoid falling further in the relegation mix when they visit bottom placed Mbale Heroes at Mbale Municipal Stadium.

The Cops are in relegation form themselves after managing on two victories in their previous 10 league matches. They have however managed to regain some little stability having picked 6 points out of the last 5 matches.

Their hosts on the other hand will hope to start their revival tomorrow if they are to survive a bounce back to the Big League. They haven’t recorded any victories since September last year when they beat SC Villa at home.

They are 10 points behind 13th placed Police who occupy the final spot of safety.

Heroes managed to do some transfer business in the January window , adding some fresh blood onto their squad including among others Simon Mabuya from UPDF FC, Mark Nsubuga from Wakiso Giants, the experienced Paul Musamali from Blacks Power, former Vipers and Express FC midfielder Musa Ssali and Booma’s Charles Sebutinde.

Mbale Heroes haven’t reported any possible absentees and Baker Mbowa has all his squad available for selection.

Police FC will miss the services of midfielder Ivan Eyamu who is out on compassionate leave after losing a newly born baby.

Striker Gabriel Eragu misses out too having accumulated his punitive 3rd yellow card in the defeat to Lugazi.
