Kawempe and Uganda Martyrs Lubaga reach final of the Nabagereka cup women’s football

It will be a repeat of the 2024 final as Kawempe Muslim Secondary School faces off with Uganda Martyrs High School Lubaga in the final of the 2025 Nabagereka Cup.

Uganda Martyrs High School Lubaga defeated Rayan Islamic Girls School 1-0 to make it to the final.

Rayan Islamic’s Daniella Nakato scored in his own net a goal that saw Uganda Martyrs High School Lubaga progress to the final.

In the second semi final, Kawempe Muslim Secondary School humbled Trinity College Nabbingo to a 5-0 defeat.

Promise Kwagalakwe, Tracy Nabalanzi and Monica Nanono scored each for Kawempe Muslim Secondary School.

The other two goals were scored by Dorcus Kisakye and Mebel Adong.

Kawempe Muslim Secondary School are the defending champions.

They defeated Uganda Martyrs High School Lubaga 3-0.

Agnes Nabukenya, Monica Nanono and Moreen Kizza were the goal scorers for 2024 winners Kawempe Muslim.

The Kabaka Cup final will be between Buddo SS and Kawempe Muslim Secondary School.
