Vipers SC President Dr Lawrence Mulindwa has ruled out a return to FUFA to serve as President revealing that he is beyond that role.
The former FUFA boss ruled out any hopes of a return while addressing guests at a graduation ceremony of his daughter earlier this week.
“Me to return to FUFA, why do you undermine me. A man who owns a stadium, I go back to FUFA that’s undermining me. I am bigger than that one, I become the FUFA President no, let’s do more than that, tell me to go to FIFA but not FUFA

Mulindwa also fired a warning to KCCA FC ahead of the epic Stanbic Uganda Cup final due on 31st May at FUFA Kadiba Stadium
“Vipers oyee, Ugandan champions, sorry for KCCA FC and SC Villa. I am going to beat KCCA and become a double champion. When we were at Kitara, they were chanting that Mulindwa is a witch. I don’t mind, I am a competitor, fighter and a lion.” Said Mulindwa
Vipers will on Saturday be crowned Uganda Premier league champions for a seventh time after their final match against Soltilo Bright Stars.
Mulindwa served as FUFA boss from December, 2005 to 2013 and at that time he was second-longest serving FUFA president after Kabaka Daudi Chwa (1924–1932).
The FUFA Elective Assembly is due on July 5th in Hoima with incumbent Federation boss Moses Magogo expected to return for a fourth term.
