Libya side Abu Salem SC managed by former KCCA FC head coach Sergio Traguil Daniel are interested in signing winger Etienne Katenga, Swift Sports Uganda understands.
Katenga is not expected to extend his stay at KCCA FC following expiration of his employment contract this month.
This website understands that Traguil is targeting a reunion with his former winger at KCCA FC this transfer window.
The pair worked together at KCCA FC during the 2023/24 season before Traguil was sacked by club in 2023.
The Angola attacker is also out of contract this month, having joined the Kasasiro boys in 2023 on a two year deal. He has previously played for Asa FC, Saurimo, and CD Lunda Sul.
Gui Cungulo former KCCA midfielder also plays for Abu Salem.
