Midfielder Laban Tibiita has signed a new two year contract with URA FC following the expiry of his contract.
The new contract which will see him stay at URA FC until 2027, puts an end to the uncertainty which surrounded his future.
Tibiita joined The Tax Collectors in 2023 following an impressive season with Busoga United.
“I’m really happy to extend my stay at URA FC. I feel at home here and thankful to the management, coaches, and my teammates for believing in me again,” Tibiita says in an interview with the club media.
“This renewal is another motivation for me to work harder, help the team win trophies, and improve on my own numbers in the next two years.” He adds.
The offensive midfielder has scored three goals and registered seven assists in his two year spell with URA FC.
Tibiita, a former student of Kawempe Muslim, has previously featured for the Edgar’s Academy, Maroons FC, Tooro United and Busoga United.
