Lutalo extends stay at KCCA FC

Umar Lutalo has extended his stay at 13-time Uganda Premier league champions KCCA FC for two years.

Lutalo joined the Kasasiro boys in January this year on a six-month deal from Kitara FC.

Lutalo has been out of contract at the Lugogo based side and has put pen to paper on a new deal that will see him stay at the club until 2027.

He has previously worked under both co-coaches Brian Ssenyondo and Jackson Magera during their stints at Kitara FC and SC Villa respectively.

Lutalo is a Uganda Premier league title winner with SC Villa where he made a total of 54 league appearances, scoring 10 goals.

The former Aspire Academy player can ably play as a left back, a left winger and an offensive midfielder.

Lutalo has previously featured for the national U20 Team The Hippos as well as the senior national team.

He joins Filbert Obenchan, Gabriel Esteves Cardoso who also extended their stays at KCCA FC. KCCA FC has already beefed up their squad with the acquisition of Ivan Ahimbisibwe and Herbert Achai.
