Tanzania giants Young Africans have taken the No. 8 shirt off Khalid Aucho and given it to new signing Lassine Kouma.
As earlier reported by this website Aucho will not extend his employment contract with the Tanzanian champions and now his shirt.8 has a new name in Lassine Kouma.
Aucho wanted to extend his stay with another two deal but the club was offering him one year.
His previous contract expired at the end of last season and this website has established that the Uganda Cranes skipper has offers from Egypt and Vietnam.
Aucho joined Yanga from Misr El Makassa of Egypt on a two year contract before signing a one year extension last year.
The experienced defensive midfielder has won four league titles, three FA Cups and three Community Shields with Yanga.
He also played an integral part as the club reached the final of the 2023 CAF Confederation Cup where they lost to USM Alger.
