Striker Sheif Batte has joined new league entrants Buhimba Saints United on a two year contract.
Batte last played for Musanze FC in the closing half of the previous season in the Rwanda Premier League.
He becomes the club’s first official signing as preparations for a debut season in the topflight continues.
Batte has previously featured for SC Villa, Express FC, UPDF FC, Soltilo Bright Stars, Maroons FC and Gaddafi FC and brings topflight experience to the team.
He also played for Sofapaka FC in the Kenya Premier League in the opening half of the previous season.
Buhimba Saints United also appointed Brenda Nyamwiza as their Club CEO early this week.
