Julius Poloto has become the latest new signing for new Uganda Premier League side UPPC FC.

Poloto joins the Entebbe based side as a free agent on a two year employment contract.

Last month, KCCA FC mutually agreed to terminate Julius Poloto’s employment contract.

During Mike Mutebi’s reign, Poloto won multiple Uganda Premier League titles in 2017 and 2019, as well as the Uganda Cups in 2017 and 2018. He scored the all important goal for KCCA FC during their 2018 Uganda Cup Final.

At UPPC, he reunites with head coach Abdallah Mubiru along with defenders Mustafa Mujuzi, Isa Mubiru and midfielder Steven Munguchi.

He becomes the ninth signing for Mubiru coached side after John Kokas, Nordin Bunjo, Rogers Omedwa, Steven Munguchi, Hassan Ssenyonjo and Rogers Omedwa.
