Striker Charles Bbaale has completed a move to Police FC on a two year contract.
The move completes his return to the Uganda Premier League after stints in Rwanda and Kenya.
Bbaale’s most recent spell has been at Kenyan giants Gor Mahia where he spent about five months before parting ways a fortnight ago.
He previously played for Rayon Sports in the Rwanda Premier League a side he joined after his stellar season with SC Villa.
Bbaale rose to the scene from the Masaza Cup with Gomba in 2021 before joining SC Villa on a two year deal.
He scored 12 goals and almost guided the Jogoos to the UPL title 2023 only to lose it to Vipers on the final day of the season.
He becomes the umpteeth signing of the Cops following Richard Matovu, Stephen Namaisi, Benon Tahomera, Saidi Kyeyune and Lawrence Tezikya.
Police FC renewed the contracts of Brian James Obedi, Emmanuel Mugume and goalkeeper Mathias Muwanga.
The Cops will be under the tutelage of coach Matia Lule and will host their league games at the Kiira Road Police Arena in Kamwokya.
