SC Villa has completed the signing of Buweekula Ssaza team forward Jerome Otim on a three-year contract.
Otim will be employed at the record Uganda Premier League champions for the next three years.
After completing his move to the 17-time league champions, asserted that he wants to win trophies at the club.
“I want to win trophies and be part of the history of the great club.This is one of the biggest clubs in Uganda and Africa. It’s a privilege for me to join the Jogoos. I am here to work hard and make the Jogoos faithful love the club even more,” he Stated
Otim started his career at Lira Sports Academy before joining the KCCA FC Junior Team.
He was also part of the Proline senior team where he played at the regional level.
In the prestigious Masaza Cup this year, he has been instrumental for Buweekula Ssaza team helping them reach the knockout stages.
Otim joins other new singings at SC Villa in Frank Ssebufu, Ibrahim Kasinde, David Lukwago, Ali Bayo among others.
The club also renewed employment contract for their starman Patrick Jonah Kakande.
SC Villa is expected to begin their 2025/26 campaign against KCCA in the Kampala Derby on Saturday, October 4 at Mandela National Stadium, Namboole.
