Former Crested Cranes coach Faridah Bulega has been appointed as the new assistant coach of FUFA Big League side Kiyinda Boys FC.
Bulega returns to the FUFA Big League having been the first female coach in the second tier with Wakiso United FC (now known as Mbarara City) in 2015.
She has previously coached the Crested Cranes, Kampala Queens and recently Amus College in the Women Super League.
Bulega will be an assistant to James Cemari who has been appointed as the club’s head coach to fill the void left by Michael Skills Lukyamuzi.
Lukyamuzi was recently appointed as the new head coach of Blacks Power.
Cemari is a former Maroons FC captain who has recently been a coach for the Maroons FC Junior Team.
Grace Bukenya and former Express captain Ayub Kizza will be the goalkeeping coach and fitness coach respectively.
Bukenya replaces Joseph Ssempijja who also left the club while Kizza has been retained having served in the same capacity last season.
Kiyinda Boys started their Big League season with a 0-0 draw against Ntugasaze FC last week.
The club will host Wakiso Giants in their next game on Sunday 5th October at the Bertham City in Kiwenda.
