Seven time Uganda Premier League champions Express FC have appointed Richard Malinga as Jimmy Kintu Mwera’s assistant.
The Red Eagles confirmed Kintu who previously ditched newcomes Calvary as their new head coach replacing Badru Kaddu Mukasa who joined NEC FC.
Kintu will be assisted by former Entebbe Health and Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) hardworking right back Malinga.


Malinga previously served as Mbale Heroes head coach and was also in charge of KCCA Junior team coach.
He is also a former Mawokota Ssaza team head coach in the prestigious Masaza Cup competition.
This year, Malinga helped Buddo SS to the USSSA boys football title beating St.Mary’s SS Kitende in the final held in Ngora District.
The new era at Express will kick off after the international break when they will take on Lugazi FC in their first league game.
