Uganda Martyrs are set to earn a 3-0 walkover victory over Olila High School who failed to turn up for their match day 8 game at the St. Gerald’s Stadium, Lubaga.
The encounter was one of the two games to be played on Saturday morning but unfortunately it never happened.
Uganda Martyrs and the football faithfuls waited for the Soroti based side to turn up but in vain.
No unusual communication was made by both the competitions department and Olila High School about the fixture implying the game was to be played on Saturday morning as scheduled.
However, it was also reportedly said that Olila wanted the match to be postponed as a number of their players are sitting their exams.
This is not the first time Olila High School have failed to honour a league fixture with almost the same scenario happening last season against Lady Doves.
Uganda Martyrs are expected to profit from Olila’s no show with three points which will elevate them to the 8th place with eight points from as many games.
Olila will stay bottom placed with only three points accumulated from three draws.
