Uganda Cranes have announced their base camp and training centre for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations due in Morocco.
Cranes head coach Paul Joseph Put on Saturday announced his 30-man preliminary squad to feature for the continental showpiece in Morocco.
According to the latest, the team will leave Entebbe International Airport on Sunday at 5:30Pm aboard Qatar Airways flight QR 1384 bound for Casablanca, Morocco.
The team will engage in an 11-day preparatory camp in Casablanca ahead of the competition and will also play two trial matches.
Uganda Cranes is in Group C along with Tunisia, Nigeria and Tanzania.
Put’s men will kick off their campaign against 2004 champions Tunisia on 23rd December before facing neighbors Tanzania on 27th of the same month.
Uganda will end it’s Afcon group stage campaign against three time champions Nigeria on 30th December.
