Catherine Nagadya continued with her scintillating form as Kampala Queens beat Lady Doves 3-0 in the Finance Trust Bank FUFA Women Super League encounter at Lugogo.

Nagadya scored a brace while Joanita Ainembabazi got the other to ensure a comprehensive victory for the Asefa Firew Hailegabriel coached side.

Nagadya broke the deadlock with a brilliant header from Peace Muduwa’s cross in the 25th minute.

Ainembabazi doubled the lead in the 69th minute before Nagadya put the icing on the cake in the 89th minute.

Nagadya’s brace took her tally to nine goals and currently leads the top scorers chart with one goal more than She Corporate’s Jessica Namanda.

Nagadya has stood out as Kampala Queens’ best performer in the first round having also contributed three goals and garnered three Woman of the Match accolades.

Kampala Queens sit third on the table with 21 points, seven behind leaders Kawempe Muslim and five behind second placed She Corporate.
