Reigning champions Vipers will be aiming for maximum points when they visit Lugazi FC at Najjembe on Wednesday.

The Venoms are the only side yet to test defeat this term will be boosted by the 3-1 home win against BUL FC in their previous league contest.

Victory against BUL, saw Vipers end a two match winless run and without their starman Allan Okellp along with defenders Rogers Torach and Hillary Mukundane, the visitors will look up Usama Arafat, Enock Ssebaggala and Livingstone Mulondo for inspiration.

Okello, Torach and Mukundane are with the Uganda Cranes team in preparation for the forthcoming AFCON.

Last season, the two sides played out to a goalless stalemate at Najjembe when Vipers was still under the stewardship of Serbian Nikola Kavazovic.

Lugazi are currently 13th on the table with 10 points having managed two wins and also drew 1-1 with Police FC in their previous match.
