Former BUL FC goalkeeper’s coach Eddie Kaweesa is set to complete a move to another UPL side NEC FC.
Kaweesa was among the coaches who were relieved of their duties at BUL FC towards the end of last year following the club’s run of unpleasing results.
At NEC FC he will replace Muwadda Byuma who left the club to join URA FC in the same capacity.
Kaweesa is a former goalkeeper at Bunamwaya SC (now Vipers SC)
He has previously worked at Onduparaka FC, SC Villa, Vipers SC, Express FC and BUL.
In the Masaza Cup tournament he has worked with Kyaddondo and Ssese.
NEC FC currently has 12 points collected from the 11 games they have so far played.
They play Lugazi FC next on Wednesday 7th-January-2026 at MTN Omondi stadium at 8:00pm
