NEC FC have agreed terms with SC Villa midfielder Tony Atukunda, Swift Sports Uganda understands.
Atukunda has run out of contract at Uganda Premier League record champions SC Villa.
This website has established that Atukunda has agreed a two year employment contact with NEC FC in this transfer window.
This season Atukunda has sometimes been deployed as a central defender at SC Villa.
NEC under the stewardship of Badru Kaddu have already agreed terms with Express duo of Richard Basangwa and Hakim Wandera.
They have however had some departures with Mustafa Kizza and Atendele Geriga joining Nairobi United and Jamus SC of Kenya and South Sudan respectively.
Titus Ssematimba and Charles Waibi are the other players set to leave NEC FC in tbis transfer window.
NEC FC is currently eighth on the Uganda Premier League table with 15 points they have garnered in 12 games that they have played so far.
