Having already beaten Kayda Sports Club, Red Ants, Hearts Lukuuli, Wembley and in the competition’s preliminary rounds, they added Uganda Premier league side Calvary FC to that list with a 3-1 win in the round of 64.

Under the stewardship of Felix Ssekabuuza, Davis Nnono and Muwanguzi Joel Football Classroom seek to succeed against all odds in Arua.

They will rely on Amuli Mukasa, Steven Yiga and experienced Moses Sseruyide for inspiration.

Onduparaka however stands in their way to more history. The Arua based side currently play in the FUFA Big League and are 13th on the log of 16 teams with 17 points.

Onduparaka are 2016 Stanbic Uganda Cup runners-up having lost to Vipers SC 3-1 in the final ten years ago at Nakivubo Stadium.

Reigning champions Vipers SC and previous competition winners KCCA along with Kitara FC have already secured slots in the last 16.
