Muteesa 1 Royal University 1-0 Uganda Martyrs University Nkozi (Muteesa 1 Royal University qualified on away goal’s rule after 2-all aggregate score)
Bugema University 0-0 Kampala University (Kampala University qualified after 1-1 aggregate score, on away goal’s rule)
The semifinal draw of the Pepsi University Football League has been conducted on Good Friday at Kati Kati Restaurant in Lugogo.
St. Lawrence University who eliminated Ndejje University 3-0 in the two legged quarterfinal will face off with Muteesa 1 Royal University in the semifinal stage.
Muteesa 1 Royal University overcame defending champions Uganda Martyrs on away goals rule after a 2-all aggregate draw.
Muteesa 1 Royal University will host the first leg on Thursday, 9th April with the return leg slated the following week at Kavule.
The other semifinal will be between Kampala University against YMCA Comprehensive.
Kampala University eliminated Bugema University on away goals rule at the quarterfinal stage after a 1-all stalemate on aggregate while YMCA edged Kumi University 2-1 on aggregate to reach their maiden semifinal.
Kampala University are two time competition winners having won it in 2013 and 2016 will host the first leg on Tuesday, 7th April with the return fixture at Buwambo the following week.
