FUFA has published and updated the list of Uganda Premier League club owners for 2025/26 season as recorded in the Federation’s Certificate of Club Ownership.

According to FUFA, BUL FC operates as BUL Football Club Limited and is structured as a company limited by guarantee. The listed subscribers are Barente Ronald and Yesho Titus.
Buhimba United Saints FC operates as Buhimba United Saints FC Ltd. Ahurra Julius holds 30%, Suta Mukama Everest holds 20%, Tumusiime Geofrey holds 10%, and Andwanaho Abiud holds 40%.
Calvary FC operates as Calvary Football Club Limited and is structured as a company limited by guarantee. The listed subscribers are Aniku Vincent and Onzima Kizito.
Entebbe UPPC FC operates as UPPC Football Club Ltd with a distributed shareholding structure. Bwengye Francis holds 5%, Opoka Hellen holds 5%, Opio Okurut Joseph holds 18%, Bwengye Francis holds an additional 18%, Opoka Hellen holds an additional 18%, while Nansamba Bashirah and Nabirye Sarah each hold 18%.
Express FC operates as Express Football Club Limited and has a wide shareholder base. Kitara FC operates as Kitara Football Club Limited with a multi-shareholder structure. Musinguzi Denis and Atugonza Joshua each hold 15%. Nyaika Gilbert, Mugerwa Francis, Kaboyo Brian, Kirungi Byakutaga Andrew, Wakabi Pius, Kaliisa Tadeo Judus and Bamwenda Godfrey each hold 8%, while Nsabimana Emmanuel holds 6%.
Lugazi FC operates as Lugazi Football Club Limited. Abdul Kawuulu Mwanje holds a majority 87% stake, while Ssemanda Ahmed Kamadi, Ssekilime Khasim and Tahleem Abdul Salaam Mwanje each hold 1%. Ten percent of the shares remain unallotted.
