Uganda Premier League table leaders Vipers SC stretched their lead at the summit to seven points with a 3-0 comfortable win over Entebbe UPPC on Sunday at Kitende.
Yunus Sentamu scored a brace with Gusto Mulongo netting the other as the Venoms took control of proceedings at home.
Sentamu opened the scoring four minutes into the second period when he headed home a Abdul-Karim Watambala corner kick.
With 13-minutes to regulation time, Sentamu doubled the hosts advantage tapping in a Enock Ssebaggala perfect ball.
Second half substitute Mulongo put the cherry on the icing of the cake when headed home Enock Luyima quality cross after replacing Milton Karisa.
Victory sees the Venoms move 58 points, seven above chasing SC Villa, KCCA and Kitara who are all on 51 points. Vipers visit KCCA FC on Wednesday.
