Bashir Mutanda struck a hat-trick as Wakiso Giants overcame Bunyaruguru in the five-goal thriller of the FUFA Big League at Hamz Stadium, Nakivubo on Sunday.
Gerald Ogweti gave tg visitors the lead in the second minute of the contest before Mutanda restored parity for the home side in the 35th minute.

David Opio once again gave Banyaruguru the lead six minutes later.
Mutanda again levelled matters for the Purple Sharks from the spot at the hour mark.
With 15 minutes to normal time, Mutanda completed his hat-trick with a powerful header to hand Wakiso Giants maximum points.
The victory sees Wakiso Giants move out of the relegation zone and climb to 11th position with 31 points they have collected in 27 games.
Bunyaruguru are sixth with 40 points they have garnered and also remain in the battle for top-flight promotion.
