Uganda Cranes squad departed on Monday morning for Morocco ahead of friendly matches against Tanzania and Madagascar due this month.
The Squad that left for Morocco is dominated by local based players who include Vipers duo of Usama Arafat and Abdul Karim Watambala, SC Villa pair of Geoffrey Lubangakene and Raymond Barasa Mangoli along with NEC goalkeeper Hannington Ssebwalunyo are among the players who traveled.
Uganda will face Tanzania on 5th June 2026 before taking on Madagascar on 8th June 2026 in Morocco.
Regular players such as Toby Sibbick (not 100% fit), Elio Capradossi, Nafian Alionzi and Jude Ssemugabi (injured) were left all left out.
