URA FC have announced the appointment of Swaib Ssebagala as the club’s new Goalkeeping Coach.
Ssebagala joins the Tax Collectors from fellow UPL side Entebbe UPPC FC on a two year contract.
” URA FC is delighted to welcome back goalkeeping coach Swaibu “Spider” Ssebagala, who returns to the Tax Collectors on a two-year contract from @UPPC_FC.” Reads the club’s statement
He replaces Muwadda Byuma who was serving the same role during Hussein Mbalangu’s recently concluded coaching reign.
It should be noted that Ssebagala previously worked in the same role at the club in the 2023/24 season.
The youthful goalkeeping coach also previously worked at Proline FC, Soltilo Bright Stars and Wakiso Giants.
URA FC will be under the tutelage of Jimmy Kintu Mwera who was announced as the new Head Coach last week with Christian Magoba as his immediate assistant.
