Fahad Bayo completes stunning return to UPL

Uganda Premier League entity NEC FC has completed the signing of striker Fahad Bayo, Swift Sports Uganda can reliably confirm.

Bayo returns to the Uganda Premier League after spending six years abroad.

This website has established that Bayo has put pen to paper on a two year employment contract with the Bugolobi based side.

In 2020, he left Vipers after guiding them to the League title during the 2019/20 season for Israel Premier League side Ashdod FC.

Bayo has previously featured for Proline FC before he left for Zambian club Buildcon. He returned to the UPL in 2019 joining Vipers SC where he won the league title.

When he left Vipers, Bayo joined Ashdod on a four year deal, he later joined Bnei Sakhnin F.C also in Isreal.

The Uganda Cranes striker has also played for MFK Vyškov is Czech Republic, Welwalo Adigrat University FC in Ethiopia and at North Macedonia sides Vardar and KF Arsimi.
