Express FC and URA FC are interested in the services of Vipers SC striker Kenneth Kimera, Swift Sports understands.

Kimera finished last season at Express FC where he was on a six months loan from Vipers SC.

This website has established that Express FC are again courting for Kimera’s signature with URA FC also scrambling for his services.

His former coach at Express FC, Jimmy Kintu Mwera wants to reunite with the striker at URA. Kimera scored five league goals last season during his loan spell at the Red Eagles under Kintu’s reign.

He has a year left on his employment contract at Vipers and is believed to fancy a move away in the bid for sufficient playing time following the arrival of Cesar Manzoki at Vipers.

Kimera rose to the UPL scene with Wakiso Giants in the 2023/24 season before moving to Vipers at the start of the 2024/25 season.

Last season he played only two league games at Vipers against BUL FC and Lugazi FC where he was brought off the bench in the final six minutes.

In fact, he has played a total of 20 league games since joining Vipers, scoring twice and getting one assist.

Tax Collectors have already signed Muhammad Kyeyune, who signed from Entebbe UPPC and former Express player Elvis Ssekajugo.
