Ahmed Amayo unveiled as 7th signing at Police FC

Defender Ahmed Amayo has joined FUFA Big League side Police FC on a two year contract from Blacks Power.

The former Vipers defender who also previously featured for Onduparaka is the latest player to be unveiled by the Cops.

The former St. Mary’s Kitende defender can ably play as a center back but also as a right back.

Amayo also features for the West Nile Province team in the FUFA Drum tournament.

He becomes the seventh player to be unveiled by the topflight promotion hopeful Cops.

Police already unveiled Derrick Onyai, Robert Edmond Otim and goalkeeper Edward Kasibante from Kataka FC.

Ivan Eyam and Steven Kabuye both from Arua Hill and Allan Bukenya from Katwe United are other new players who have already been unveiled.

Joseph Janjali is also expected to be unveiled by the club having ended his stint with Rwanda’s Espoir FC.

Police will be under the tutelage of coach Simon Peter Mugerwa who replaced Angelo Lonyesi last month.
