Newly promoted Arua Hill SC have completed the signing of defender Rashid Toha from Vipers SC.
Toha has spent the last two seasons at Vipers but had playing time hard to come his way.

As earlier reported by this website, Arua Hill have been in the advanced negotiations to sign Toha together with Shaban Muhammad and Gadaffi Wahab.

Toha, who is also now a full South Sudan international, returns to Arua having played a pivotal role in the rise of Onduparaka FC.
He joins newly signed players at the club who include Ibrahim Faizul Anini, Sharif Saaka Yusuf, Sam Ssekamatte Kayongo, Ivan Eyam and Junior Andama who have already been unveiled by the club.
Others include David Ndihabwe and Fred Okot.
